Information we collect

When you fill out a form on this website (for example, a free quote request), we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, your town, what you need cleaned and your message. If you call or text us, we may keep a record of your number and the conversation.

Like most websites, we also collect basic usage data automatically, such as pages visited, how you arrived at the site, device and browser type, and approximate location. This is collected with cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, prepare quotes and estimates, schedule and complete the work, and follow up on work we do for you. We use website usage data to see which pages are helpful, fix problems and understand which of our marketing and advertising is working.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure visits, phone-number clicks and form submissions. We may also use Google advertising services to measure the results of our ads. These services use cookies and may collect your IP address and device information under Google’s own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). The site will still work.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business and this website (such as our website host, email provider and analytics and advertising providers), when you ask us to, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep customer records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Messages we no longer need are deleted.

How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including a secure (HTTPS) website and limited access to customer records. No website or email system is completely secure, so please do not send payment card numbers through this website or by email.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it or delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Call or email us and we will take care of it.

Children

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
